BOUCHON Thomas - Lyon

Thanks to you to give him the urge to make a real cap of Lyon away from these catches tourists. It was perfect, food, wine, atmosphere and service.

Passing to Lyon, we discovered this restaurant, forgiveness Bouchon, which was a very good surprise. A small room with a dive view on the kitchen allows to admire the Chef who prepares the dishes and thus gives an experience in the privacy of the preparation. And everything is really good. For my part, an excellent, high and prepared as necessary. Hospitality, monitoring and counselling are also at the higher level. Relaxed, but professional, with a refined humour and a good child, the server is the most enjoyable. Thanks to Charles (the Chef) and Maxime (service) for this very good time

Well, but wet too salty, entered quite small to my taste.. Wait for the time between the dishes a little long..

2nd coming in 3 months to the Thomas corkscrew and I can add that it's only a beginning! The setting is intimate and tastefully decorated, the dishes absolutely delicious and full of flavors (better eggs meurette and brioche lost bread that I ate, the service is attentive, the cellar offers 350 wine references, and for nothing to spoil the duo server/chef is detonating from sympathy. A real pearl in the Lyon restoration, soon!

A great welcome, a very good table. The cook and the waiter are efficient and very kind. The restaurant's atmosphere is great. We had a great time. I'll be back.
