Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

Every time I visit this restaurant, I overhear arguments happening in the back and witness the employees being treated rudely. It's clear that they are in need of more staff, but with the current unpleasant working environment, it's no wonder they are struggling to find help. I can't understand why anyone would want to work for such disrespectful people. I feel sorry for the employees who don't deserve to be treated this way.

I visited Papa Murphy’s on 11/23/2021 at or around 5:30. I had ordered my pizza at 4:30pm and when I got to the store it was not ready. I noticed there were about 30 order slips on the counter. The manager lady told me that someone had called in sick and another went on vacation. I was a little upset at first, but stepped back and watched 2 girls and a guy bust out pizzas at record speeds. They were doing a great job in spite of their set backs. Great job guys. Your owner should take you guys out for drinks after killing it the way you did!

Used to love this location but haven't ordered in months. I placed a phone order and explicitly asked for white sauce on the pizza. They made it with red sauce. I didn't realize until I got home. Gave them a call to see if they could give me a credit, they just wanted me to take it back and remake. It's cold and rainy outside, and I have family visiting; I don't want to go back because you screwed up the order. Poor customer service, cannot recommend anymore.

I am extremely disappointed. I recently picked up my pizza and the packaging was done so poorly that a quarter of the pizza slipped out when I put it in my car. By the time I got home, half of the crust was wrapped around the edge. I will not be returning until they have new staff hired. Maybe in a year, they will have new employees by then!

I was extremely disappointed in the way the pizza was constructed starting from the crust. Three out of the five times I have ordered pizza from Papa Murphy's, the pizzerias have not been able to get it right. The employees need to take the time to follow instructions properly.
