Jack In The Box - Lynnwood

I visited this restaurant today, which happened to be one of the hottest days we've had. I placed a mobile order but didn't realize they couldn't make beef patties until we got to the drive-thru. The man working there was very kind and efficient, quickly changed our order and brought it out to our car without any issues. The food was delicious as usual!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I drove through the driveway and was told they were only doing takeout orders. The woman working barely acknowledged me, and seemed more focused on her phone. Despite being the only customer there at the time, my Burger-Back was dry and hard, and the French fries were hot but tasted stale, as if they had been sitting out for too long. It was disappointing to not be served fresh food. Next time, I would rather chew on my five dollar bills than spend money here again.

The food was not very appetizing, with a soggy hashbrown and uncooked bread on my sour breakfast sandwich.

The restaurant is not open 24 hours. It closes at 11:30 PM.

The person that was working the drive was great he was very polite and friendly. Great attitude 3-28-22 7:35 pm He should be promoted
