Gourmet Latte - Lynnwood

I would like to start by appreciating the fantastic baristas at Gourmet Latte. Each of my visits has been enjoyable thanks to their excellent service. I've had engaging conversations with them, and their drink recommendations, such as the Chubby Bunny Mocha and Ocean Breeze Rev-Up, have been truly outstanding. However, I feel it’s important to address a concerning issue regarding the treatment of employees at Gourmet Latte. It appears that the management may not be providing the level of appreciation that these dedicated workers deserve. I have become aware of potential violations of Washington State labor laws concerning working conditions. It is disheartening to learn that employees, especially those working longer shifts beyond the standard eight hours, are reportedly not receiving their required rest breaks. Furthermore, I’ve noticed that there are no designated seating areas for baristas during their shifts. Having spent six years in the food industry, I have never accepted such poor working conditions. It is crucial to highlight the importance of fair and respectful working environments for all employees. The dedication and hard work of the baristas should never go unnoticed. I genuinely hope this review sheds light on the need to treat employees with the respect they deserve. If these concerns are not addressed, I may have to take further action to ensure that the rights of these hardworking individuals are recognized. While I hope for positive change, I am willing to file a worker’s rights complaint with the Department of Labor and Industries if necessary.

Great spot! It was highly recommended by friends who live nearby. Convenient drive-thru location and some interesting drink options.

The girl who was working on July 30th around 6 PM was incredibly friendly and brightened my entire day!

Got the Oreo shake with espresso. Drink was good but found small glass shards in my drink.Update: I contacted them about it, they were very understanding and investigated how it happened. I appreciate it

They provide a good taste of coffee. If you are visiting Costco or Target this is a great place for drive
