Honey Dew Donuts - Lynn

The employees appeared more focused on their own conversation rather than attending to the customers. We ordered a large iced coffee with no issues, but the taste was lacking. When I pointed this out, the employee seemed confused and insisted I had ordered a medium. I had a friend with me who confirmed that I had asked for a large. I will most likely not be returning to this restaurant, as there is another Honey Dew a safe distance away and four Dunkin Donuts locations closer.

The staff was really pleasant. The woman working on May 11, 2022 at 19:45 was extremely friendly and provided exceptional customer service!

The setup of having only one window for ordering without a microphone is not perfect, but the staff manage to handle it well even during peak hours. They are extremely courteous and likely facing understaffing issues like many other places right now.

The staff is so polite and friendly. 90% of the time products are high quality update 12/5/21: I ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 were completely wrong. A sausage meat should not be tuna on a bagel! A pastrami ciabatta should not be sausages on a croissant! My reception reflects my real order, but what I was given was not even close!

My Son got the cinnamon roll says it's INCREDIBLE! I had an ice coffee but wasn't thrilled with it. I'm blessed to have a Coffee Break Cafe close by not even Dunks can touch it!
