Woods Coffee - Lynden

I enjoy the food at Woods, but I am not happy with the service at this particular location. Some of the staff are friendly, but many lack customer service skills. I have had my drinks prepared incorrectly multiple times or completely forgotten (I usually just order black coffee with sweetener, so it's not a complicated order). When I have tried to address these issues, some staff members have ignored me even after making eye contact. I have tried to be patient, but tonight they made my drink wrong again (I am lactose intolerant), which really ruined my evening. This is the third time in a row that my order has been messed up. After too many fake smiles and mistakes, I have decided to visit a different location.

The best in time! 100% recommend the iced salted carmel cold brew with extra carmel and extra whipped cream! they open from a prime stand over the state! it is because they are amazing! we're lucky to be in the city where woods coffee started.

I ordered vanilla latte and tasted great. the mixture was well balanced. not so sweet. I could smell the coffee and the vanilla while diving. the room is cozy and the staff smiles. also baked tasty stores were delicious.

I?ve been trying to be patient because I get we all have bad days, but tonight they made my drink wrong again (I?m lactose intolerant , which quite literally blew a hole through my night. This is the third consecutive time I?ve had issues with my order. After too many ungenuine smiles and messed up orders, I?m going to a different location.

They use trees to denote the sizes rather than the tall, grande, etc. $tarbucks has made and others follow.
