Cancun Mexican - Lynden

I ate my son after a baseball game in Cancun. It was close, but there was an empty table and the server kindly sat us immediately. We knew what we wanted and the food was delivered quickly, but because this is done to order it took a little. I think we were done and paid after about 45 minutes. I had the Cancun Burrito Chicken and my son had the Arroz con Pollo. The Burrito was good, but the chicken and the rice was so delicious I ordered an order for my lunch the next day. I will definitely be back and I have already said at work how good it was. But I didn't share it because they don't deserve it! Next time, I'll try one of their moles.

Really authentic food. It was like my mother was in the kitchen to cook the food himself. The service was also amazing. The margaritas are the best!

Best Mexican cuisine in Whatcom County! Get the Aztec Burrito with one of their amazing margaritas!

Had a good experience overall. The service was friendly and the food delicious with generous portions. I recommend the Azteca burrito (picture). The only problem is that I didn't get a refill on my water at any point. The bathroom was clean and the restaurant. If I'm ever in these parts, come back and dine here.

The owners are so friendly, the food is always so good and the margaritas are the best I’ve ever had! It can be a bit of a wait but the food is worth it!
