Great food and atmosphere. Service was timely and staff very friendly. Many choices to choose from.

We were fine with waiting to be seated because it was a busy Saturday evening. But we were ignored for 30 min and no one even took our drink order or much less looked in the direction of our table. We watched with our 3 small kids as other tables, who were being seated as we sat there, have water and their orders brought to them. We got up and left won't likely return. We've been in Lynchburg for 14 years and was shocked we hadn't tried Vinny's before. Our family was excited to try but walked away sorely disappointed.

Ordered the Four cheese ravioli and a basket of bread, two of the 4 ravioli were decent the other two were burnt to a crisp and hard as a rock and the basket of bread was also hard as a rock and stale. This place used to be good.

The reviews seem to be inflated for this restaurant. First and foremost we showed up here on a Saturday evening around 5pm with myself and 6 teenagers on January 7, 2023. There were only about 2 other tables filled when we walked in. The waitress didn 't introduce herself and she did promptly ask us what we wanted to drink but you could tell she was in a rush or bad mood I could never tell. So as the time went on 4 of us ordered appetizers, 3 of them were fine with no problems one of the orders that was a problem was what 's called the boneless Italian wings. I 'm not sure why they call them Italian wings but it 's okay we 'll probably never know. As the Italian boneless wings came to the table they were literally chicken nuggets with bbq sauce drizzled over them, not shaken up and covered with bbq sauce but literally sparingly drizzled over them leaving most of the wings dry. Once you bite into the wings they were fatty and over cooked. I told the waitress I didn 't like the food after I ate 2 wings and she said there 's nothing she can do. I said these are almost $9 and I don 't like them they are fatty and overcooked. I asked the waitress to ask her manager to take the wings off the bill and she said she checked with the manager and still there is nothing that can be done she said you can 't go to restaurants and stores and ask for refunds because you don 't like something I said yes you can that 's called a return policy. Please take the wings and remove them from the bill we 're not eating them because they are gross and I 've asked you nicely twice the waitress took the wings away and about 15 mins later she came back and said we took them off the bill okay? As the dinner went on everything seemed to be fine but when the food all lacked flavor, salt and so many other things. The pepperoni pizza was soft and under cooked it seems like the pizza was taken out early. The pasta vodka sauce was less than al dente it was kind of harder then it needed to be, the vodka sauce was very thick and lacked flavor. The whole experience wasn 't pretty bad, the complimentary bread that you received with a pasta dish had was old, seemed a little stale and had no taste even for bread. I will say the experience had nothing really positive. Spend money here at your own risk it 's not worth it and you 'll be extremely disappointed.

Passing through from Jersey. This place gets a straight F. They are disorganized when trying to order. Orders mixed up. Womens bathroom had no TP, soap or paper towels. I mentioned this and they all just started laughing. I asked if the ladies were washing their hands and they just laughed at me and I waited 10 additional minuets for them to replace they did not. They offered no refund. I put my pizza straight in the trash. NASTY!
