Papa John's Pizza - Lynchburg

The pizza was outstanding! A huge thank you to everyone at Papa John's. The staff and management were fantastic!

I didn’t have to wait long for my pizza, and I was so excited to dig in. Thank you, Papa John’s! Life on the road can be tough, but my delivery guy was incredibly nice. I tried calling Domino’s twice here in Lynchburg, but no one answered. I only called them because they were really close to my location. So, I reached out to Papa John’s, and the guy I spoke to—I think his name was Shane—was super friendly. He didn’t rush me, and we ended up chatting about his experiences as a trucker. Thanks again, Papa John’s; it’s always DELICIOUS!

I never had an issue until today, this is Not how a pizza should look! I am not happy! It is 11:26am

A friend ordered for our family since we just had a baby. It was delivered without notice and left on the porch. My husband happened to see it on his way in. By the time he got to it, it was covered in ants and cold. I called to get a refund for our friend who ordered or the order replaced and was told that we had to drive the ant-covered pizzas back into the store to get a refund or new pizzas. So, put ant covered pizzas in the car and bring them back into the facility...not to mention wait that much longer for food for the kids. I tried to explain the situation and was told 'that 's company policy '. Not impressed!!! Besides that, I thought that ants inside the restaurant would go against health code?!

Used to get great service here, but desperate hiring times have led to the business hiring rude people. Last time I picked up my pizza, the person ringing me up acted like I was bothering her while she was listening to her headphones… kept the headphones in during the entire interaction. Very disappointed in this location.
