Mcdonald's - Lynchburg

Old Forest Rd Location is great on everything. I love their curbside and drive thru service. Like a lot of fast food chains Post Pandemic the lobby is open on reduced hours and based on staffing.

I just experienced the best service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant at this location. The employee at the drive-thru customized my coffee exactly how I like it, mixing in the precise amount of cream and sugar I requested. They even asked how crispy I wanted my hash browns! Thank you for going above and beyond to make my visit quick and easy today. Great job!

The service was prompt, and the new building is quite nice. The ice cream machine was operational, which made me very happy. Overall, a great experience!
