Had called back a while ago about items missing from the order I spoke to a manager who was less than optimistic about getting a replacement even after I had proven I had purchased the item. He said he would put something in the system so next time I could get the item. I had just called back to order and I mentioned the item and the manager had said there was nothing in the system and even after I explained I spoke to someone previously and could even provide the receipt, she had said there's nothing there. I understand people may lie about this so I'm not frustrated about that, it's the fact the previous time the manager lied to me and never put anything in and the manager I spoke to tonight had given the attitude of I was trying to scam them.
My wife and I ordered some pizza on a late night on 1/18/2024 (I think). The pizza was SUPER seasoned (almost too seasoned), the topics were LOADED. My wife said they made our pizzas as if they were going to be eating them. I usually don't care much for reviewing chains (kinda irrelevant), but the pizza was so good that I wanted to say God bless whoever was working that night, absolutely incredible pizza
The app sucks and it took over an hour to get our food. Everyone was upset.
Food was great. We had to wait around 40 minutes for a single large pizza. When it was ready they never let us know even though we were sitting in the entrance. The employee who gave us our food did not look happy to be there. “Here”. It wasn’t the most welcoming environment.
To be fair, they do well with most items we have bought from here that are standard so I’m giving two stars for that. But I have been here twice and they have messed up my pizza twice. I can’t eat cheese. The first time (this was maybe a year ago at this point) I ordered and received cheese even after stating in the app I wanted no cheese, my husband called the store to fix it. They put down in their system for us to get a free pizza next time for just their store. That’s fine. Never cashed it in, but that’s nice. Went there yesterday since we were in Lynchburg. I ordered through the app again, asked for no cheese again, and received my pizza with cheese and almost extra cheese. There wasn’t even really BBQ sauce on it which is the sauce I asked for. I’m used to going to the one in Altavista and I remembered why last night. They don’t mess up my “no cheese on the pizza” ask through the app. In the three years we’ve ordered through the app, only Lynchburg has messed this up and they did it both times we ordered from their store. Just so disappointed. Didn’t even bother to call.
