The ice cream was fantastic, and the staff member on duty was outstanding.

I called to inquire if they had an ice cream birthday cake, but they seemed confused and later couldn’t confirm if they even sold cakes. There’s a big fridge right by the entrance filled with cakes! I found it amusing, but then the staff charged me $40 for a cake that was only worth $17. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Cold Stone is just around the corner.

I just ordered three items from Dashers through Grubhub. When they arrived, I found that I was missing one item, and the other two were in an unsealed bag that must have tipped over, causing their contents to spill all over the inside. Additionally, I received a call from a Carvel employee letting me know they were out of bananas, so we switched to a different item. However, when I called back to report the missing item and the mess in the bag, I encountered more issues.

This place is a disaster. Almost always out of ingredients. Screw up orders consistently. Ask for a dasher ..you wind up with a tuna sandwich. And forget Covid-19 precautions, the bag my dashers were delivered in, was wide open, invest in a stapler. The plastic cap on the cup has a giant hole in the top and is not sealed.

The employees weren?t wearing gloves when taking out my ice cream and making the milkshake.The milkshake was runny and not tasteful because it had hard chunks in it. I will not go back there again I recommend the cold stone up the street.
