As if you joined a café in the Austro-Hungarian days 150 years ago. attentive staff with smiles welcome in a post Soviet regions. Very rich tasting desserts.

The food was good, but we waited almost an hour to get our food. The place was almost empty, so there shouldn't have been a reason for the kitchen to be this slow. If you want to eat and explore the city, I would not recommend this place. I would give it 2 stars for the wait and service, but the food was actually decent, so I'm giving it 3 stars.
