After searching for a place to celebrate our daughter's birthday, we decided on Olena Place due to its location, specifically the terrace that was offered to us for the celebration. A week before the event, the waiter assured us that the terrace would be reserved for us on the chosen date, 28.05.2023. We made a reservation, discussed the menu, and gave a deposit. However, when we arrived for the celebration, we found that the part of the terrace where we had planned our photo zone was not reserved for us as promised. Another company had set up a photo booth and sweet table for their banquet. When we asked for an explanation, the staff shifted blame and offered to set up the photo zone next to the smoking area, which was not suitable for a children's party. Despite our disappointment, we agreed to move but felt that we should have been informed in advance. We were also asked to pay an additional deposit. The delays in serving hot dishes only added to our frustration. Overall, our experience at Olena Place was negative due to the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. It is unfortunate that such a special occasion left us feeling disappointed.

My weekend getaway at this hotel was great. The room was clean with fresh bedding and five towels. The atmosphere was cozy and peaceful. The only suggestion for improvement would be the cleanliness of the room, as there was one hair found. Overall, I rate the rooms, service, and location a 5 out of 5. The highlight of the hotel was the fantastic view, romantic ambiance, and being kid-friendly.

The suite is without air conditioning, it's hot inside, everything is old, the bed is falling apart. They did not warn about the fact that it is without air conditioning.
