Przekaż informację zwrotnąUsually I have no problem with Gerrity's delivery service, but today the lady that delivered was very rude and inconsiderate and just seemed to be lazy. She called me from her cell phone. I was trying to explain to her that she has to use the phone on the wall. She interrupted me while I was trying to explain how to get in. The directions I gave her said to park in the back. She did not even look at the directions. She just didn't care and did what she wanted to do. She tried to tell me the phone here wasn't working when others were using it with no problem. After someone else let her in she showed up at my door with a Gerrity's cart that she needed back. I tried to explain that I can't bend down to pick up anything that she needs to put them on another cart so she can take hers. She didn't move the bags I did while she stood there. I now have pain in my back. I told her I was going to call the store to complain. She told me to go right ahead. So obviously this lady has no respect for anybody let alone someone that has health problems. She was just in a hurry to go to the next person and didn't care how she delivered my groceries. First time I ever had such a rude and uncaring and disrespectful person deliver my groceries. Usually they're good. Not this time. I told the store to never send this lady to my house again. No respect.
I don't appreciate being approached by an employee of Gerritys with a snotty attitude. I had my mask under my nose when I made a phone call. The mask nazi told me to cover my face. So I did and he turned around twice to watch me. I proceeded to shop and saw that the guy working behind the deli slicing meat did not have his mask over his nose. And I counted three other people in the short time I was in there with their noses not covered. I also saw another employee behind customer service with their nose not covered.
I get delivery, almost every week. the produce is always the freshest, largest! the meat, always so nicely packaged and the delivery drivers!! you guys!! they are all so sweet, so helpful on time and I never have issues. always wear a mask and gloves. one man has really gone above and beyond. Francis. he greets my dog, gives her treats and toys. today, he pulls 2 large bags from his car and they are filled with cat toys, dog toys and treats. he has me choose. he thanks us for shopping gerritys (every time) and he's on his way. he has so much pride in his job and spends his own money to buy things for our pets. he's the best. I hope he knows it!! thank you, Francis and everyone involved in our orders!!
I watched a video online about how the store doesn’t allow people to enter without a mask. That’s your prerogative, just as it’s my prerogative not to shop with you. The worst part about the whole video was the customer service aspect. Forget the mask issue, your employees were downright rude . If this is acceptable customer service from your staff, you have bigger issues than people not wearing masks.
After the way gerritys handled dealing with COVID 19 I will no longer be a customer
