Favourite bakery and confectionery shop in Lucerne. Good selection and fast service, cheap prices for Switzerland. Always well occupied and clean.

Great prices for delicious desserts (like 4 euros for chocolate mousse, 3 euros (or less? for apple paint . The employee was not the kindest, but probably had a long day (and finally we went shortly before the closing time.

This place was so easy to reach around the corner of our hotel to walk. From here the day before for a sandwich that was very tasty and then the next day for a pizza made fresh on the left side of the store.

What a beautiful cafe in the train station! We were in a hurry to catch a train to Basel so didn't get to spend as much time here as we wanted. But the sandwiches we grabbed to eat on the train were wonderful: excellent bread roll and good meats, lettuce, tomato and aoli spread. Prices also seemed very reasonable for the quality. I highly recommend if you're coming or going. Good for the train. Good for eating on a bench overlooking the lake outside the station.

We came to Bachmann whenever we wanted some quick eats or wanted a light dinner. We picked up several of their salads a few times and it was fresh and plentiful. They provided the salad dressing of your choice for free and had utensils. Besides salads, their sandwiches were also quite good and you could end the meal with a berliner with cream (donut) or some delicious tart. Basically good fresh food at reasonable prices (for Lucerne anyway)
