You have a few gluten-free dishes on the menu and the waiters are very nice and will look for gluten-free options if you cannot find a suitable dish. You are well informed and you can also combine gluten-free dishes. We recommend!!

Many Gf options and after informing them (when booking), that we have 2 celiacs, they delivered GF bread for us!

We have been several times to the Bolero Restaurant last night, one of many. The food was excellent, the wine was also excellent and the waiters were always very kind and smiling despite the large amount of work.

Having dinner at Bolero was an exceptional experience. The paella we ordered was simply delicious, with a perfect mix of flavors and fresh ingredients. The staff were welcoming and friendly, adding a homely touch to the atmosphere. The menu was varied and delicious, and the restaurant was well maintained and clean, which helped make dinner even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, a gastronomic experience to repeat and recommend to friends and relatives. We were completely satisfied!
