Pizzeria da Silvano - Lutzmannsdorf

We accidentally stumbled upon this restaurant while driving up the mountain. It was filled with locals and the food was delicious!

I’ve been there alone for a fast dinner. I ate a marvelous apatizer and pizza after. Everything was just perfect. All the staff who works are really nice! Hardly recommended!!

I am very sad that I have to give one star because the food was amazing but the staff and their behaviour was terrible. First, we wanted to order a little extra tomato souce next to the calzone (which is normal in my oponion) and the boss came and said: 'We don 't serve extra tomatoe, it is already inside, if you can 't see it, you should open your eyes '. This would have been enough to give a bad review but the story continued. We reserved our table for 12 people at 20:00 o 'clock. We called that we will be late and we will be less, they said, don 't worry we 're waiting for you. At the end there were 8 people. We ate, drank, it was good and the waiter (after a long time) gave us the bill with 300€!! While we consumed maximum for 150€. So we asked the 'nice ' boss how it is possible. He said that they charged extra fee because we were late and didn 't come with 12 people. EXCUSE ME???? I have eaten in many restaurants in many countries already, but I 've never heared anything like that before. OR he should have said on the phone that it 's not a problem but we have to pay more. Incredible, terrible and really the attitude was scary and I am still in shock.

Trotz der sehr entlegenen Lage war ich sehr überrascht, dass das Lokal derart gut besucht war. Mitten am Berg in einem Lokal OHNE RESERVIERUNG keinen Tisch zu bekommen war für mich nicht vorstellbar.Gesagt, getan,.... ich habe reserviert, wir haben wunderbar gegessen und das Service war wunderbar freundlichen zuvorkommend. Ein sehr kompetenter Herr des Hauses wachte über den guten Service, arbeitete mit, hat Gäste begrüßt und höflichst nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Sehr höflich und sofort auf die Kinder eingegangen!Das Essen war hervorragend und schnell serviert .Das Service war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Kompliment an die Chefleute für Ihr tolles Restaurant!!!!
