It's better than any Mac, king or daughter heck I'm from the west coast and it's almost as good as my good ole inn and out but don't get mad I said almost seriously though no reason for this place to have any less than 4 stars.
Kind of disappointed actually. Fries weren't as tasty as they usually are and the grilled onions on my burger was...ok. I expect better from five guys.
The good news first... great burger! The staff appeared mostly apathetic. Lots of conversation among staff with few apparently doing anything. We first notice a pile of trash on the floor, which we walked around. The employee that had the broom and scooper was preoccupied talking over the counter with approximately 4 staff in the kitchen area. The pile was eventually picked up but trash remained under an unoccupied table from the time we arrived till when we left. I should have taken pictures.Watching the kitchen, we noticed our burgers were ready in about 10 minutes... but they had just begun cooking the fries after the burgers were waiting.Lackluster service and disturbing cleanliness BUT the burgers were great thanks to the person making them.
The food had great flavor, and the buns and toppings were fresh. However, the fries were quite thick and overcooked. The prices are really steep—I need to figure out how to reduce them. A cheeseburger costs over $11, and fries are more than $7. My bill for myself and my two young kids at Five Guys came to $50! Seriously? Culver’s is just down the street, and they have an excellent burger that costs about half as much for a similar meal.
This was by far the worst experience I've had with Uber Eats. The burger was incredibly dry, and the lettuce was wilted and messy. The fries were even soggier, and I ordered a grilled cheese for my child, but they used a hamburger bun for it, which was drenched in grease. I spent $40 on this meal, and it's completely inedible.
