Super busy, poor service, young gal at the counter forgot about us. Thankfully an older gal stepped in to help us out. Food was cold and overpriced Should have gone to McDonald's Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Loved it here. One star taken off for the extremely small bar area, but that's pretty minor. Bartender was/is great. Food was good and the drinks came when we wanted them, despite a full dining room and a 30 person wedding reception. Reserved a table and was seated right away. Proceeded to be ignored for 20 minutes being ignored before we left with no greeting or even water. Unfortunately I don’t think I have experienced a worst service than here. Maybe it’s better in season but you are better off driving to Grand Marais for food. Service: 1

I'm not sure why they have low ratings. The food was delicious. We sat in the bar section because we didn’t have a reservation. The only thing that may be a bad experience is they said they were full tables couldn’t take us in the dining area, but it was dead before we ate after we left. I got the mushroom burger with goat cheese balsamic, but I added a beef patty it was soooo good. We also got cheese curds fried pickles which were also good.
