The Lime Cafe - Luton

Order a meal for my family. the order lasted an hour to deliver (fair enough as it was a Friday night and I know that restaurants can be busy) after 30 minutes on the delivery time I contacted the restaurant. I was told that the order should be with me in 10 minutes. my 2 children complained to be very hungry and I kept them calm again, it would arrive soon, although it was now close to their bed. a further half an hour came too late. deliv del guy didn't seem disturbed. eating was cold after looking at the food and a few choice words and binning this take my wife drove into a local load to buy something for us and. I tried to contact the restaurant, but they did not answer the phone. I contacted just eat the app by this order was bought. they contacted me back and said that the restaurant is willing to give a refund when they can return to collect the food (now in the bottom of my radie am spread) I was not willing to begin eating out of my am in rain at 9.30 a.m. and then have to wait gott, know how long the supplier arrive. only eat gave me a £5 credit as an apology for my experience, but no refund or apologies from the lime. eating from past experience was good, but they have now lost me as a customer. very bad show.

Awful place. Ordered on just eat already was told an hour wait for food that's bad enough. 20 mins had gone past my delivery time so I repeatedly tried to call the shop and was on busy every time. I then got through to the lady and she told me another 10 minutes as waiting for driver. She had no intention on letting me know was just willing to let me wait an hour and a half for food that is not even nice. DON'T RECOMMEND EVER. Will never order from here again.

Not jamaican food at all, stop lying to people and stop using Caribbean title just to sell food. All the staffs are Asian, which I have no problem with if they would actually learn to cook real Caribbean food.

Would never order from lime again..minimum order was £15 then charged 2.50 for delivery..i ordered large meals..the containers where half full..most of that was oil floating on the top..the rice was cheap easy cook rice ..definatly not the rice in the advert picture.. no flava..i could of cooked it better myself..a bad representation of carribean food...never ever again

Dumplings very oily. Plaintain over cooked. Coleslaw tasted off. Salt fish and ackee was salt fish and vegetables and mutton tasted of powder. Very disappointed.
