Loves this place for a pick up with friends my usual order is always butterfly huh with earthberry mojito and we go for the skyberry rippel shisha (a unique taste). both eating and shisha are always on the same large standard. the food proportions and drink size are generous, and price right. the inner is warm and welcoming, the heating in the bow are powerful, they do not feel cold at all. they could just spend 2 hours here and not realize how fast the times have gone. the personal is polite, responsive and attentive. gladly advise them about aromen etc. as soon as the orders arrive the shisha, food and drinks quickly. the coals are also changed regularly, so the quality of the smoke remains consistent to ensure that they bring cash, there is a point of cash compared to the entrance. in contrast to the other reviews we have never been asked to pay before the order, it is in the rule on the way out.

Love this place.. Whenever I'm free that's where I go.. New Years Eve was great night, atmosphere buzzing.. DJ.. Top class. Been back since Lockdown has eased, considering I have not left my house since, I felt totally comfortable, enough space given and very clean. Shisha, food and dessert was great. I've missed this place.

Went here with a couple friends, there seemed to be a new server who had difficulty taking orders but a nice lady helped with our mains. Ordered the mini platter and it was delicious, chips were nice and crispy along with nice and flavourful chicken, would come here again for that since it only cost £7! Here is where it went downhill, the new male server took my order in which I had to explain all I wanted was the Ferrero cheesecake and ice cream but he mis understood twice in which I had to point at the menu and explain what I wanted, had my mask off as well since they have plastic shields to keep covid safe. He ended up charging me £7 for the desert which all I wanted was the Ferrero cheesecake and ice cream but when the deserts came for some reason a milkshake was added onto my order which would explain the cost. Sadly the cheesecake was not fresh since the Ferrero Roche lacked a crunch at all and was just mush. This brought down the overall experience, but I would come here again for the chicken.

Lounge is aesthetically appealing with lights and greenery adding a breath of fresh air. However, the shisha quality and service were both very poor. The shisha is hit and miss and granted can't ALWAYS get it right but the service needs to improve

I really would like to rate this place, but they have let me down on both of my orders. On my first ever order with them through Deliveroo they forgot the Chicken Tenders which were for my son. When I phoned them they admitted the mistake and advised that I ask for a refund from deliveroo. That's fine, but we then had to cook my son some food last minute whilst our delivery got cold. Second time I ordered, was only a meal for one, a portion of chicken wings and a portion of chips. Considering the chips cost £3.50(!!! a portion, you can see my disappointment at the size of the portion. It is a joke and there were barely 20 chips! See photos! I haven't bothered to complain as nothing will be done, but my reviews get enough views so I will hit them where it hurts. The only reason I ordered again from here was because I believe in second chances, and on top of that their peri peri wings are delicious! I ordered the very hot flavour, and they are the hottest wings over had, and cooked nicely which I loved! Alas, they let me down twice so no more business from me. I would advise anyone who has a temper not to order from here as they have a 100% record of messing up the order, and they will dissapoint you.
