Papa John's - Luton

I had never tried Papa John's pizza before and I can confidently say that I will not be trying it again. The website said that the pizza had been delivered, but it was not. When I called to inquire, I was told abruptly that it would be a few more minutes. It ended up arriving almost 15 minutes later. The pizza was chewy with little flavor and the chicken sides were overly salty. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. They charge the same prices as the bigger pizza chains but do not provide the same quality.

Literally cannot believe a Papa John’s as bad as this place exists. Phoned numerous times just to be told that the driver had been, finally found out that they had been calling the wrong number, even added the phone number to delivery instructions but still some how managed to get it wrong.

I will never return to this restaurant again. The food was terrible and the pizza wasn't even sliced. It seemed like they didn't care at all. On top of that, the delivery driver was rude. I suggest trying Muncheese in Sundown Park or Dominos instead.

With a lot of pizza shops in Luton, this one is one of the best. It's only a takeaway but the food is very good. The customer service from ordering to collecting is very good. All of them are very polite. I would not order pizza from anywhere else. Also got a BOGOF when I called and asked about offers.
