We have ordered delivery a couple of times from Luton Kebab House since Lockdown. The delivery has been quick and the food tasty and hot. I always have a large chicken shish kebab and the marinade is tasty, plenty of chicken too. If youre wanting...to eat in, they have a few tables and are well located for Luton Town Centre and the transport Interchange so handy if youre using public transport. A decent meal and worth a try. Couldnt get a simple order correct.. my chips were missing I wanted to eat the chips with my meal not half hour apart.. they agreed to replace the order but then cancelled my order without telling me! Staff were very rude!!!

The worst kebab house in Luton Town Centre. Ordered the food at on Justeat to be delivered at Was paid by card and clearly written on the delivery note to be delivered at The customer servant rang me to confirm my...timed order at and we both agreed. My phone was upstairs charging while I was down stairs looking after the kids. came and there were no sign of them coming so I rang them back. They said its gonna take additional minutes which the food will arrive at not which I timed for two hours advance. Its a policy that if you pay full amount by card and you dont pick up your phone before they can cancel the order. They said we had to cancel the order because I did not pick up the phone before and they refused to give me back my refund which I paid in full amount by debit card. They were trying to steal my money to make profit for themselves by not providing the service on time with hours notice. Very very awful service and the customer service person spoke in a manner that you dont even talk to dogs like that. Luton Kebab House has caused chaos and I had to physically go out to buy food by cash for the kids. Not recommended at all and do not buy anything by card otherwise they will definitely steal your money without consent. Thats how they are surviving by stealing. May god bless them.

Not very nice. the huh was disgusting and you can say by looking at it that there was at least one thing sitting there that was thunder meat like leather and the chips were cold. only positiw was the pittabrot.
