Bertucci's Timonium

Understaffed. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait minutes to even check in for a table. The restaurant doesn’t look clean. The ledges are very dusty and they simply don’t have enough staff.

My family went here for my moms birthday. It was a great environment, fast food and service. Our waitress made us feel at home. Great time!!

Our family went to Bertuccis for a late dinner. We ordered pizzas and calzone. The calzone was great -cooked well and a nice hot temperature. Both pizzas were barely warm. Our server, Dwayne, was very pleasant and attentive.

You need to do something about the benches in the booths. They are sagging and they are awful.

Bertucci's has always been consistent with service atmosphere and food. Our server Jules was attentive without being overbearing. The salad and pizza were outstanding. If you want a comfortable casual Italian place to eat, Bertucci's is it. They even serve gluten free products.
