Arirang Korean - Lusaka

This was a wonderful experience for us. The Hostess was gracious and welcoming. It was fun barbecuing our own meats at the table on a coal burning grill. There were also vegetarian dishes. And you must try the honey sesame chicken. Delicious.

As someone who lived in Korea for 6 years, this place is perfect for Korean food lovers. Food: They have an extensive menu with all the basic Korean foods plus ones that less known. First, they did not disappoint with the side dishes (cabbage kimchi, radish kimchi, beans, bean sprouts) that came first so we could nibble on some things while we waited. We ordered kimbap, japchae, kungpao chicken, and the spicy chicken stew (dak bbokum tang). Kimbap and japchae were spot on! The chicken stew was a bit too concentrated in gochugaru but the carrots and potatoes added sweetness (it comes with 1 bowl of rice, so we ordered extra rice to share with 3 people). Kungpao chicken came nice and hot with lots of garlic and chilli. Extra points for being innovative and serving water in frozen glasses. Service: Korean restaurants are usually trustworthy for being authentic because they're almost always run by real Koreans. The Korean ladies here handle their business real well and train their staff just as well. Our waiter was kind, attentive, and we interacted well. Atmosphere: Loved it! It may not look like much from the outside, but come in and you'll see that the indoor seating and outdoor seating really harmonize with each other. Very clean and with great decor. We sat near the pool, which really has a poolside vibe. Especially nice at night.

Great Korean BBQ experience. The Restaurant has been revamped since my last visit. You need to buy spirits by the bottle which is a bit excessive. Ordered the Ramen, Fried Rice, Spicy Pork belly and beef on the BBQ, beef was a tad chewy, the rest of the food was delicious.

Great service. I don't know much about Korean food and this has been my only exposure to it but the spicy pork BBQ is amazing

Authentic Korean food. For lovers of Korean, this is the place I recommend, and best of all, they allow you to takeaway. If you fancy yourself a bit of that Korean traditional brew, they have that too.
