La Bambouseraie - L'Union

We visited this restaurant during the trip through France and were delighted to find some Vietnamese cuisine. Unfortunately, once the food had arrived, it was clear that the cook had no idea how to cook authentic food or how to avoid burning everything into a crack. I will say that the employees were vietnamese, but this is so far. very bad eating and not good service either

Unfortunately once the food arrived it was clear that the cook had no idea how to cook authentic food or how to avoid burning everything to a crisp. I will say that the staff were of Vietnamese origin but that is as far as it goes. Very bad food and not good service either
