Boulangerie Boissie - L'Union

I knew the Boissie bakery before his owner change and we enjoyed the bakery as well as the pastry shop. Since the change of owner the bakery has remained excellent but the pastry shop has not continued on its way, I am disappointed with the aesthetic aspect as gustative of most cakes. I hope it will evolve!

I stopped by chance to buy a sandwich, a noon, and since then I have been making a big detour to take them there. Prepared at the last moment, just behind, it is stocked up and measured. The quality and perfect, the bread is good and the price is very correct. I'll be back on a regular basis.

If you make a breakfast for colleagues, 70 € nevertheless, do not ask for pockets to carry everything because you will be sent to walk very dryly. Boycott.
