Lobby is at the 4th floor. Wheel chair accessible. No welcome drinks. Staff are friendly. Rooms are fairly maintained but not 100% sanitized. Bring lysol wipes if you can. The restaurant is small and ambience is ok but the breakfast buffet is standard and similar to food you would buy from a carenderia. The Pool is more a small lap pool and preferably for kids. Next to that is the gym which is available to guests but the area is small probably 4 to 5 max working out comfortably. Upside is it's next to Centrio Mall, Robinsons and if your willing to go SM mall which is 10 to 15 min walk from Seda.

The worse experience at one hotel in all my life, better take any other choice, They canceled one of the reservation but after I accept to pay double price they said it’s possible to get it, on the restaurant never got all dishes from the card, and at room service after 21:30 no choice, the cleaning on the rooms also depending on the shifts. Absolutely a disaster, my complains for every detail on these hotel, never again will return Never order one hamburger it’s not really one what they bring! Room is not clean until mid afternoon, and the prices is more expensive than similar hotels at same area, the entrance looks like another thing not a 4 star hotel, maybe 2,5 not more and the treatment to the guests is always as excuse for, but the final results it’s horrible.

I Just booked a room for my fiancé, her son and her sister-in-law. This hotel was more than I could have asked for. The customer service was quick to respond, and adapted to specific issues I had while confirming my identity for payment (I am in US). Very courteous and professional the whole way through. I would specifically like to thank Leanne for everything she did to help me through this part of the booking process. In addition to he help with payment hurdles, I had made a special request that my fiancé have a surprise waiting for her in her room. At first Leanne wasn't sure if she could do it, but managed to make it happen. My fiancé was so surprised and happy about the gesture I made, and I couldn't have done it without Leanne being willing to try!!! She was awesome! The room was beautiful and the breakfast that came with the room was great too (so my fiancé said). Cant thank them enough. Stay at this hotel, you will not be disappointed!!!!! Without a doubt the best hotel in Cagayan de Oro city. They offer a well varied breakfast and excellent dinner options. Taxis at the entrance take you wherever you want and the Centrio mall is next to the hotel. The gym and pool are too small compared to other hotels.

The negatives first, remember, these are just observations on two rooms and may not apply to the entire hotel. Room 902 was really noisy being next to the lift and then a family seemed to take over the corridor and were running about and shouting all hours like they were at home. No hairdryer in the room. When asked to clean the room they just made the bed and put out more toiletries. Towels were not tidied or changed. The window is filthy. The air conditioning just belted out freezing air, no way to control it. We were literally shivering. They're solution was to turn it off! Moved to 1012, all ok in that room though the window is even more filthy. There is also a lamp missing. The room is rather dark but that's ok for us, might not be for others. Air conditioning in 1012 seems to work ok. Breakfast is a good mix of nations food. Maybe not that best for Filipinos if I'm honest knowing what we/they eat here. No fried eggs or hotdog's. Didn't get to use the pool. It did look small for size of hotel. Having the smoking area next to it isn't the best idea. Mostly staff are very friendly and helpful. Certainly no issues as such. I found they favoured those who speak the language and turned their backs to any foreigner. It's not easy being bilingual so I can understand the easy option but they might want to consider body language, never turn your back on any guest in the same party. Being next to Centrio it's ideal The bed is very comfortable. Two pillows each included. In room safe good, easy to use Complimentary toiletries given fresh every day. Shower is excellent. Overall, for the price I feel it's good enough. Not as good as the Limketai but then, they don't charge the same so don't compare. The view depends which side of the hotel. One side is of the city whilst the other is the hills. 902, city, 1012 hills.
