The Tree - Lumberton

Amazing restaurant and amazing food. The owner, Martin Riley is the barbecue master and our Ribeye Steaks were cooked for perfection! Love the way they are cooked over the smokey coals. The green beans were very tasteful and solid; not overcooked. The fried green tomato cap was very well cooked and was very delicious! Very recommended for excellent food and great service.

Found this place the day before I work out of town 2 weeks ago and all I thought is I can't wait to come back! The steaks are hand cut and grilled over and open fire pit, so tasteful! And the chicken steak was a beast! The taste of bread was on the spot! The owners and the staff were super cool and friendly! It's a must!

We went to The Tree last Thursday. If you're looking for a delicious steak... here! It never disappoints. We have eaten here several times and every time it is amazing! The owner is very nice and goes out of his way to ensure that the customers are satisfied. It is very good GOOD HIGH QUALITY FOOD. Not only the steaks are great, but everything is good. Besides, I had a margarita and it was made perfect. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. We will definitely come back!

That was my first time here. We had six adults and two children in our group. The seat was a little tight, but no problem. We ordered three appetizers and they were all very good, especially mushrooms! I had the fried catfish covered with cancer. It was excellent!! I also had some old fashion drinks. They were good, but seemed small. We finished the strawberry cake that was good. Our waiter was attentive and very friendly! The only negative was live music. It was good, but waayy too loud for such a small place. We could barely talk. I'd definitely come back here.

Very good food! Good service! The owner was so nice and our waitress was really sweet! The food is definitely a 15/10!! WAYY BETTER THAN CHILLIS!!! We will be back!!
