I watched as four cars ahead of me were served while I waited at the speaker to let them know about my mobile order. McDonald's really needs to improve their speed; it was practically nonexistent.
If you're considering a job at McDonald's, I strongly advise against this particular location. The reason? The employees do not provide proper training. I worked there for three weeks without receiving any training, and as a result, they frequently became frustrated with me for tasks I hadn’t been taught. Each day, I asked my managers, "Will someone train me?" They assured me that I would receive training, yet throughout my entire shift, no one showed me what to do. So if you're thinking of working at McDonald's, steer clear of this one.
They increased the prices of the drinks and changed the size of the cups.
Very slow service, rude young lady at the window, whoever came up with this whole thing of pulling into a parking space when going through the drive through was just continuing to allow people to be lazy, that never existed for years and you got your food at the window usually in a timely manner with no issues, all this does is allow employees to be lazy and for management to send up lies of how fast they get cars through the drive through, which is funny because there is a restaurant which in fact has double the cars in their drive through but you actually get your food fast, done well without the you need to pull into space #1 and we will bring it to you defeats the whole purpose of a drive through, if we had time to wait we would just come in and sit down, it 's very simple management, fix this and your employees attitudes
This place is a complete joke as is the one on Roberts Ave. the Mexican girl at the first window opened the window said “you got a mobile order?” I told her yes and my name. She then told me “you can go on up” and motioned me up like I was an inconvenience to her, then slammed the window in my face after I asked her could I please get my receipt (something I do every time I order something) she then waved at me instead of opening the window turned and ignored me. I watched the girl At the second window (a tiny kid) hand my drink bag to the person in front of me and I watched him hand it back to her. I got to the second window she was rude as well, she told me to pull up for 1 drink and 2 pies that let’s face it.. at 8pm has been sitting there since earlier this afternoon they didn’t have to cook them. I pulled to the 3rd window as requested and some Indian woman brought my drink with no straw no pies then acted like she had a problem with me asking for my pies. She walks away hollering at the second window about my pies. Minutes later the kid from the 2nd window comes to the 3rd window laughing asks “what you need”? I told her my pies and a straw, she laughs again walks away. Then they send a way nicer Indian girl to bring my pies, she gave me a straw and kept apologizing about how they were acting. the story I heard during each rude excuse was; receipt paper is out, “we don’t do receipts”, “I think it’s messed up”, “pull up to 4th spot I’ll bring it out” (never did). I get being desperate for employees but according to the reviews I’m not the only one who experienced rude cashiers. Shouldn’t be so desperate that you hire any body that’ll clock in.all together I waited 20mins for a drink, and 2 pies that was already made.
