After the employee touched the computer, she grabbed everything in her pocket as she was confused, not what the order should be. She came back and spoke to manager she came back Amd the Fries, who was missing from my order, she asked me for a reception I told her I didn't get a window, then the employee said on the trip Durst, she didn't remind me that I asked for an additional frit. I will never go to kfc again, they charge too much for your order to screw up. You need a training class to customer service skills and know how to be organized to get people orders right. This is the problem today with fast food chains to rent too many young people who don't care about anything but a paycheck.
Why would you ask me to pollute the food again if you throw the order with COVID on the REALLY and you will throw away. What does that even make sense. Love the great employees, but management must rethink their procedures
Soft drinks didn't taste right. To carbonize. Obviously the staff didn't check it or I didn't care. Food was mediocre where KFC usually has good food.
Great service fresh food. the older lady was kind of crisp, but the team was fast and friendly 10/10 I love wonderful customer service, a csr even I know it's a grateful job so in the name of my team thanks!?
I ordered a fill box and the chicken breast wasn't cooked well inside. My husband took it to the cashier and was given another one but it was the same way. Anyway I couldn't eat but I will come back to KFC
