Le Bouddha Gourmand - Luik

My companion and I have never been able to discover this restaurant and what our surprise is! It's simply the best Asian we could taste and we've already tested a cigarette: at least 20 years old) we must have a good wallet, of course! (It's also one of the most expensive Chinese we've ever tried - the kitchen: this restaurant is clearly a gourmet restaurant! Both flavors are magistral and subtly associated there may be influences of several Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai and possibly Indian cuisine) in a flat mm. the dishes are sought and quite original. our humble opinion, it definitely exceeds any other Asian. mme les desserts tait original et dlicieux) le service : trs discreet pour la waituse et trs attentionne. As for the restaurant's patron, you need to speak less discreet, but you'll find a passionate about the kitchen and who likes to advise the different dishes by explaining the origins of the inspirations. It is very involved in the kitchen on fresh products of qualit without artificial weapons the frame: quite chic and sober frame, beautiful terrace the addition: enough leve addition ... but which for us clearly worth the trouble! We'll be back without a mistake!

The restaurant was way too expensive for the dishes we received. The house aperitif tasted like it had no alcohol in it. My dish consisted only of meat with sauce and it was tough. The dessert was tasty but way too small for the price. The owner was friendly but pushy about selling dishes.

We go to this restaurant for special occasions each time a pleasure. The kitchen is excellent with very fragrant dishes and very marked flavors. among the few Asian restaurants tested in the cork region, the gourmet Buddha is for us, from far, the best. Moreover, the frame (inside and outside) is pleasant and the staff very helpful and smiling.

We came to this establishment for the second time and enjoyed two perfect and extraordinary dishes at the level of presentation and taste. Very nice personal.

That is actually the most delicious restaurant I tried near maastricht limburg. because of the company training I have to stay in maastricht. so finished with the kitchen in maastricht. Just look for a little and drive them here. Surprisingly, this is actually really great restaurant. a combination of Asian Vietnamese and French cuisine. they used very fresh material to cook what I thought as traditional dishes. this is really what I do not experience in most other Asian restaurant!
