Etnic - Lugano

They have improved since the previous reviewer wrote about: they now have two selected vegan options. not as good as before, but no one-star restaurant anymore.

Ordered chicken burrito delivered, basically 90% beans and a few pieces of chicken, avocado and the rest non-existent. Inedible

I was there recently, it was a beautiful evening. Everything was delicious, the staff were very helpful, kind and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Rude staff almost annoyed that someone could even just have an aperitif. One of the managers (manager? was really rude. As he moved my car he hit the one already parked in the car park in front and damaged it. Called him and denied everything with rude and disrespectful language. They certainly don't know what it means to keep customers or have the simplicity to simply apologize.

Ein wunderschönes Restaurant, sehr elegant, das Personal ist freundlich und professionell, das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und es ist immer eine Freude, zurückzukehren. Ich empfehle auch, einen Margarita zu trinken, meiner Meinung nach ist er der beste.
