Whataburger - Lufkin

The food was served hot and fresh. I appreciated having my condiments and salad on the side for later, as I dislike a soggy burger. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything I requested was in order before I left. The restaurant was clean and sparkling, especially the bathroom.

My wife never likes to go to such places, she was on the go and it was what was left on the way, the person who served us was very friendly, she really conquered our gratitude, my children chose to leave a tip, and my wife was really thrilled!

This was one of the cleanest restaurants I've visited. The staff at the front counter greeted us with a smile, and the food was served hot.

I went to Whataburger twice a day. Once after work for a shake a brownie, and again for a late night snack. Both times I was greeted by Leslies purple hair and bright demeanor... So even thru double time over time, the girl seems still a man took my order on the drive thru, and I hoped that the burger friries would correspond to his voice, and it did too....Hot, good satisfying. I found out later that it was the manager Ron. I really enjoy Whataburger! The food is consistently great. I ordered breakfast using the app, which said my order would be ready at 8:20 AM. I arrived at 8:25, but my order wasn’t ready, and they nearly forgot the cinnamon rolls! However, everyone was friendly, and the food was delicious. It seems like there’s a disconnect between the app and the local store.
