Called in here whilst visiting Ludlow, after reading the previous review. Make sure to ask for the vegan menu as they didn’t offer it automatically. Choice of plant based milks. I had the Buddha bowl which was huge and really tasty. Staff were all really friendly and polite. Was very busy and some tables were reserved, so worth calling ahead if you’re able to.
The cafe is really trying to accommodate various dietary requirements and that's great. Some tweaks needed, as Smoked Salmon is listed under a Vegetarian option. The vegan breakfast burger is a vegetable crumbed fritter, and that's OK with me. Oat milk is available, but no dairy free spread for the toast. Service was fantastic
I was pleased to find a restaurant in Ludlow that offers gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options, which was perfect for my mother who has both Celiac disease and follows a vegetarian diet. We both enjoyed our dishes - my mother loved her goat cheese salad, and I appreciated the waitress being accommodating when my Napoli Pasta sauce was too sweet for my taste. She kindly took it off the bill and I opted for a Buddha bowl instead. Overall, the meal was enjoyable, but I found the sauce on the rice to be overly sweet as well.
I recently tried the vegan breakfast at Aragon's and the Buddha bowls, and both dishes were fantastic! Make sure to request the separate veggie vegan menu to see all your options. Overall, it's a great spot in Ludlow for delicious vegan choices.
