John's Corner Breakfast Deli - Ludlow

I used to visit this place many years ago until the older lady behind the counter denied me my lottery winnings. I decided to give it another try yesterday. The ham and cheese omelet was incredibly spicy, and it burned the back of my throat. Additionally, the home fries were overcooked. I won't be returning.

Today's experience was disappointing. A large and noisy family was seated nearby, and their unruly children only added to the chaos. As a result, the service was sluggish, and my eggs were overcooked and dry instead of properly scrambled. The hash browns were burnt and lacked flavor. I ended up with a splitting headache from the noise. When the restaurant gets busy, it seems the kitchen struggles to keep up, so I would recommend finding a different place to dine.

I just love going there for their delicious breakfast omelets and seeing the family that owns and cooks there. Ive been going there 25+ years. This wonderful family makes you feel so welcome like you're being invited into their own personal kitchen.

Really cool owners with very good food. Best not to go on Sundays because there is a church around the corner that brings in a lot of people. During the week it is a home run though.
