Domino's Pizza - Ludlow

Took over an hour to get 2 medium pizzas delivered 1 mile!

New lady owner starting around march 2023 is rude and generalizes based on skin color.Took wrong order in phone for pizza and refused service when asked to correct it.Later when shown up on the location, without asking my name or number assumed I am same person based on skin color and refused service.

The pizza was delicious. The store was clean and the employees where friendly. Will definitely eat here again.

This store has been consistently good since it opened. Every pizza I've gotten from the Ludlow location has been outstanding, especially considering the coupons offered through the app. Keep it up!

My name is John Maxwell and I wanted to take the time to express how appreciative I am that Thomas is the store manager at this location, I ordered a pizza, paid for the pizza and the system automatically brought me to another store location. I was becoming overwhelmed due to nobody knew where the order was placed. Even though I did not place this order at Thomas store location. He went absolutely above and beyond to make sure he identified the location of the Pizza I ordered. I genuinely wish I was within his delivery radius so I can order from his location only. It’s very rare to find someone who genuinely cares and want to help. he did not have to do what he did even go above to asking his supervisor To help me locate this pizza. I haven’t eaten since 3 AM today and it’s 10:41pm now. This was going to be the first thing I’ve eaten today it may have been only $24 But to me this was a big deal since this was the first thing I was going to consume today. Thank you again Thomas. I wish you absolute success!
