I've tried it at several places in Michigan and Wisconsin, but this one stood out as the finest. It's perfect on crackers or paired with a simple mixture of cream cheese, green onion, and smoked fish. Absolutely delicious!

We bought a box of salmon and white fish on the bash and they are just as delicious!
Sure miss the fish here at Walters, moved to Idaho n no one has fresh fish here!! Might have to order some real soon!
