Rigal Blu-spice Roots - Ludhiāna

Hotel Rigal Blu on Chandigarh road in Ludhiana is a big property with valet parking for parties and weddings. The rooms are average and the banquets are decent. The food on the other hand is much average with no feeling of Punjabi food like other small restaurants in Ludhiana. The mocktails or drinks section is poorly managed with old used glasses recycled without washing and cocktails and mocktails not tasting as to how's they should be. Overall an average hotel!

Hotel location is good but nothing is good except location. Food quality is third class and waste of money. Cost of meals doesn't match with food quality. Very basic level of breakfast. Service is poorest. delayed response from front desk. nobody will pick call/service in night. I made more than 10call at 11pm but neither front desk pick the call nor house keeping. Cost of stay is too high as per the service and stay. AC doesn't work properly and just after check in I had changed my room. Better options are available at cheaper rate with good service.
