Chowk is always known for its great food and legacy delicacies, but getting a good ambience is always a challenge here. Dhindhora offers that much needed ambience right at the heart of this old part of the city. It’s located centrally at Chowk circle (above Prakash Kulfi) and have good sitting arrangement. You can hangout with friends or with family and enjoy the view of old city. Food is also decent enough, and they offer all the Indian and Chinese cuisines. We mostly had starters and honey chilly potato was really good. Overall, a good place to sit and have some nice food along with enjoying the view.
I visited the place a few days ago was really amazed with ambiance . The ambiance is really great and classy . You'll surely get a totally different vibe. Now lets jump right in the food , the food we tasted here is really scrumptious all the things are best but some of my favourite is Fried Ice Cream seriously it was the first time i tried and just loved it do try it if you're at Dhindhora .
The name is enough, Dhindhora!! This place offers some really good variety of dishes and beverages. Located in prime location of Lucknow, you might find difficult to park your 4-wheeler but guess what they offer valet parking. Isn't that cool enough? The dine-in area is quite big unlike many of the restaurants. What more cool is the taste of the food and drinks there. I went there with my group of friends and ordered Cream of Tomato which was fine in taste, a bit on the sweeter side!! Hot Sour soup, the taste of really good, must try soup!! Chinese Bhel, I had this for the first time and it was really nice. Freshly chopped onion and capsicum with tangy flavour. Bhel lover should try this!! Green Mint Mojito, They make it in soda which is far better than 7up or Sprite. Proper lemon and pudina with a pinch of mint refreshes you to the core. Being a Mojito lover, I found it amazing. Now comes the Main Course. Dum Aaloo Banarasi, properly filled Alloo with great texture and the Taste of the gravy was on point i.e on the spicier side. Paneer do pyaza, well cut Cottage Cheese cubes great in taste with perfectly cooked gravy. Peshawari Naan, this was different for me, finely chopped dry fruits on the top and nicely cooked. The quantity of the main course is perfect for two people.
This establishment is situated right in the heart of the market, making it easily accessible. However, it is located on the second floor of the building, with a lift available from the first floor. The ambiance is pleasant, offering comfortable seating arrangements. The food quality is decent. It's worth noting that the prices are slightly higher, with a cost of Rs. 800 for 3-4 people. Ultimately, the decision of whether to dine here or not is up to you.
