The restaurant “Beurre Noisette” in Lucenay is an excellent small, almost gourmet restaurant where you can enjoy a healthy local and refined cuisine. The room is not very large but there is enough space between the tables to have a feeling of privacy. Moreover it is not loud what is very appreciable. The card has the merit of being very short which limits hesitations but mainly guarantees the freshness of the food because given the rotation nothing should drag into the fridge. The dishes we tasted were succulent in particular an entrance based on homemade hummus and crackers and a dish around a quasi calf accompanied by polenta; A treat. The dessert, a financier accompanied by a red fruit county, is a bit off the previous dishes due to the acidity of the fruit. The wine list is very local (we are at the beginning of Beaujolais) but the wine growers who supply the “Beurre Noisette” have good reputation and we are not disappointed with this excellent quality. At the level of the organization, the RESERVATION is OBLIGATORY especially for dinner because there is refinement and it is recommended to arrive well at the time that has been set to avoid kitchen jams.
