Domino's Pizza - Lucedale

I placed a call-in order today, September 5, and it arrived right on time and was absolutely delicious! One of the pizzas was loaded with toppings, and we absolutely loved it! I will definitely order from here again!

The "any 2 items" option is fantastic for those on a budget. The 6-piece hot Buffalo wings were tasty, but they forgot the dipping sauce. We also ordered a medium build-your-own pizza with Philly cheese steak, mushrooms, onions, and extra cheese, which was delicious. However, the service at the store could use some improvement.

If they had called me right after I placed my order, I would have accepted a refund without hesitation. After waiting so long, all we wanted was to feed our kids, so we ended up getting food from the hotel kiosk instead. There was no offer of compensation, and the manager seemed indifferent when I mentioned contacting corporate. Update: We ordered at 5:45 and finally received our food at 8:05. It seems like it was the same pizza from our original order, and it was not appetizing. To top it off, we also didn’t receive the ranch dressing we paid for.

2 hours in and still no delivery. Quality check was over an hour ago. So obviously the food has been sitting that long. We called and manager was rude on the phone and said they had 1 driver and she could not find them. All they offered was a freesoda. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. This place is horrible.

I enjoyed the supreme pizza and twisted bread with cheesy marinara. Both were delicious, and I appreciated the quick service. The prices were great too!
