I’m on the Ramen hunt in this town and found a new place to try! This place specifically though was not to my standard. I tried their Ramen and it really wasn’t that great. The meat was dry and felt like it was placed in the soup to warm up. The bland flavors made me believe I truly wasn’t in the correct town to try good ramen, even though that’s not true and they do exist, just not this specific establishment. The worst part: I simply cannot enjoy a meal when I am not treated like a valuable customer. The staff was very rude and it shocked me. It took too long to order and much too long for the meal and it wasn’t crowded (Although I’m not surprised). I understand culture differences but this was just being rude, there’s no other way to explain it. I really don’t recommend coming here for Ramen. I truly wish this restaurant can focus on a speciality and not try to pretend they’re experts at making everything. Overall I do not recommend the restaurant, I’m sorry. There are far much better places to spend your hard earned money, I promise.

Charged twice for an online order, return claim without any response for over a week: over the phone they send you to their Facebook page, and there they just ignore the messages. Never again
