Burger King - Lubeck

It took an extremely long amount of time to get my order and I went inside and then the Whopper said no lettuce on them and I don't know why

We did drive through and the wait was short. I got a cheeseburger and fries and both were good and the order was error free. Staff was polite and friendly.

I go here not for the food but because they have Mello Yellow Zero in their pop machine. On 10/16 I went in for breakfast and paid for my order. To my dismay, they were not only out of my favorite soda but they were out of all sugar free drinks. I thought that they may offer me a diet Coke from the back but they just made excuses so I asked for a refund. I thought that they credited my card but in fact they didn 't even though I have a receipt that says so. Also the manager is quite the smart a and says things like works for me when you ask for a refund.

Poor leadership. Poor time management. Very little accountability.

I guess they only care about serving the drive through,I waited over 20 minutes inside for my order then I left,I'll never go back there again.
