Burger King - Lubeck

I have been coming here for years and the service is always slow, the food is sub par, and the employees are scarce and look depressed and constipated.. Recently I noticed they got a new manager in the evenings and I have never seen this place run better. Sure their time could be better but this new manager seems to be doing a great job. I think her name is Kira. She not only seems knowledgeable but she seems great under stress, my food is always fresh and made correctly and she provides moral support for her employees. She is always hyping them up and telling them they are doing a great job. Sometimes I've noticed this place has lacked that. A little compassion and support can go a long way to get your employees wanting to work.I hope upper management sees this and keeps her around. She's a keeper.

Worst burger King in the mov...not open regularly, out of food regularly.

I've been in the drive thru for over 20 minutes I get to the door and the workers are all inside on there phone talking and laughing. Worse and longest drive thru I've ever been

Ran through the drive thru for fries. The driveway goes around the building around the gas area. They do need to put a better sign for BK drive thru.
