Wienerschnitzel - Lubbock

I was feeling hungry late last night, so I decided to use some coupons I had. I ordered two Polish sandwiches and chili cheese fries. When I got home, I indulged in one sandwich and some fries. They were still warm and tasted fantastic, just like they always do. Regardless of when I place my order, I’m always treated with kindness. The staff works well together, which makes this my preferred spot for fast, hot, and delicious food. Additionally, the service is always friendly. Thank you!

I noticed through the drive-thru window that the staff weren't wearing gloves while preparing food. They were handling cash and then directly touching the food items.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary meal in honor of Mother's Day. What a wonderful treat! Thank you!

I recently visited the drive-thru and was trying to figure out what to order. An African American employee emerged from the back, looked our way briefly, and then went back inside. The person who was about to take our order seemed to comment on us to another staff member. My daughter noticed that the microphone was on, and the employee then asked, "Excuse me?" There was only one car behind us, so we were puzzled by the sense of being rushed, especially since we hadn’t been waiting long. Ultimately, we decided to leave and head to the university location instead.

I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru last night. I waited a long time without anyone taking my order, and the driver behind me seemed annoyed as well. After repeatedly saying "hello" and getting no response, I decided to move forward. Fortunately, a girl finishing her shift stepped in and took my order for a Dr. Pepper. When I asked if the speaker was malfunctioning, she said it was working fine. I noticed that both other employees were wearing headsets—one was a Black woman and the other a Hispanic man (I didn't catch their names). It felt quite lazy and unprofessional. If they don’t like their jobs, they might want to consider leaving. Pouring a soda literally takes just a few seconds! This kind of service makes me think some employees should be let go immediately. Ironically, these are the same people who often advocate for higher wages. I'm giving this place two stars only because I’ve never had issues with the daytime staff.
