Wendy's - Lubbock

We don’t hardly do this but, we have just experienced spoiled meat!! I am just now getting my smell back and before I took another bit my husband knocked out the burger from my hands and told me to STOP EATING THAT!! It was no good. Please be careful.

Food was old dry overcooked there was salt on the fried even after order no salt on them they should have been fresh but they are not this drink had a serving taste in the chicken nuggets were not done correctly they were over cooked so much so I spit it out instantly

Went in to order in dining room but was never greeted upon entry. Waited for about 20 minutes but no acknowledgement from any team member. Drive thur was top priority. Not in house guests. So we left.

I was in the car drive thru, workers left insisted on squeezing next to me in the delivery window to give back something that she forgot, scratch my car. burger was done. I messed it up.

I went in at 10:28 and knew they served the breakfast at 10:30. I asked if they would still serve it, and they said yes, so I was glad that I beat it down! a few minutes after my order came out one of the ladies and polite and apologetic said they had already jumped past lunch. I knew I was cutting it close. they asked if I wanted something else, but they said it was a minute when they turned around. So I waited a bit and had some things to worry about anyway, so no problem. it was done faster than I expected. I opened the bag when I came to my car and saw the breakfast potato wedge and thought: "Yes, they had some of those left" the main reason that I had their breakfast. but when I came back to my office, I opened the sand I had ordered. I was pleasantly surprised! They didn't say anything and I usually checked before leaving, but this time not. the last time we entered this particular place, it was not a fantastic experience (I mean, everyone has an off-day), so I was hesitating, but I am glad I did it! they were very friendly! I would have got the names of the gentleman who had my order and the lady who spoke to me about the thema, they were very nice about everything! and seriously probably the most pleasant people I had to interact with when something happened!
