True Texas Bbq - Lubbock

It has been some time since we last visited this restaurant. The food was excellent, although it was a bit spicier than I typically like. However, I was very disappointed with the dining area as many of the tables were dirty, as well as the floor.

I am shocked that no one has raised concerns about the tea at this establishment. They brew it in plastic bags, resulting in a noticeable plastic and chemical taste in the tea and lemonades. It is thoroughly unpleasant and they really need to make a change. While the food is on the pricier side, it is tasty. The service has also been excellent. I urge them to ditch the plastic bags for their tea and lemonade containers.

I have been dining at HEB Bar for over a year now and I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received. Celeste, Alexis, and Justin have been wonderful to my whole family. They are prompt in serving us, make delicious drinks, and treat us with such kindness that we consider them our friends. They create a fantastic atmosphere and I highly recommend HEB Bar. Plus, the parking is convenient, which is another reason why I love this place.
