I only gave this restaurant a 3-star rating because of the food. Unfortunately, our waitress, a young Hispanic woman, was rude and had a terrible attitude. I was so upset that I couldn't even finish my meal. Poor service can really ruin the dining experience. If you happen to get her as your server, I recommend asking for someone else. If you’re unhappy in your job, it might be time to consider a change. We were polite, friendly, and tried to elicit at least a somewhat pleasant response from her, but it didn’t work. Overall, my first visit was an expensive disappointment.

This was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had in Lubbock. The service was terrible; the staff was unfriendly and made mistakes with my order. It took an eternity to get menus, and the wait for the food was just as long. The entire place was dirty. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Now, onto our experience. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse. First, we ordered our drinks, but one of our guests remembered they couldn't have a certain drink and politely asked for a swap. The waiter, who I didn't see but four of my guests did, made a rude face in response. That was just the beginning. After that, she disappeared for about 10 minutes. When she returned, her attitude was all smiles. We started ordering food, and while it wasn't the waitress's fault, half of our orders came out incorrectly. My kids wanted burgers, but this restaurant didn't have mustard or pickles, which I find odd. They agreed to just a plain burger, so we specified no lettuce, no tomato, nothing but cheese. What did they get? Burgers loaded with veggies and mayo. The vegetables were shredded and mixed into the cheese, but thankfully I could pick them out for my kids. The downside was that the mayo soaked into the bread. The waitress did replace them without issue. Next, all of our plates arrived, except for one guest's, which came about 15 minutes after everyone else's. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. To make matters worse, there was a guy who appeared to be on drugs passed out in front of the restaurant, and the police showed up. I would have rated them zero stars, but they gave us a discount after so many things went wrong, so I settled on one star. There’s more to my story, but I’ll leave it at that. I won't be returning to this place ever again.

I went to try this place a week ago today, and had a awful experience! i?m not one to write a review! But very sad that i had to wait in the drive through for a hour after i placed my order and paid! A hour later a red pickup pulls in fast, and thenopens the drive through window and said i?m sorry what are you waiting on and I gave him my receipt and he said I apologize wejust had two girls walk out on us. I said it?s fine, do you happen to know if my order is ready? He went and looked and theyhadn?t even entered it. He said they can refund me or I can wait. I told him i?d like a refund! He refunds me and gives me thereceipt! I told him i am so disappointed, this was my first time to try this place and I was let down! Today I looked at my bankaccount and I have yet gotten refunded from last saturday! I?ve called and the line says user is busy, i?ve called them severaltimes and no responses!! So sad !! I literally drove down the street to raider burrito and placed my order, i figured i?d haveto wait awhile but no it literally took 5 minutes and were the best tacos! I just wish i could?ve had a better experience withthis place! ????
